Elizabeth Center for Cancer Detection
In the Community
The Elizabeth Center for Cancer Detection does
onsite screening for prostate and breast cancer for local
organizations. The exams consist of digital rectal
examinations and PSA blood test for prostate cancer and clinical
breast exams for breast cancer. Screening for skin and oral
cancer is also available.
Onsite screening is a convenient and efficient
way of providing cancer screening to community members. Prior
to signing up, The Elizabeth Center offers an education program to
encourage participation. Screening is staffed by board
certified physicians and highly skilled nurse practitioners and
technicians.
